Located at 500 West Gordon Street, our pharmacy is conveniently located to downtown Thomaston as well as Upson Regional Medical Center. We offer fast, friendly service, and our drive-up window makes your trip to the pharmacy even more convenient. We also provide free prescription delivery within the Thomaston city limits. Our Story
Thomaston Prescription Shop opened in 1975 and has served Thomaston and the surrounding counties in the current location since 1995. The pharmacy was owned and operated by pharmacist Ricky Williams, RPh until 2010. Upon his retirement, his daughter, Carson Gleaton, PharmD, purchased the pharmacy and continues to run the family business today. Our staff includes 3 pharmacists: Carson Gleaton, PharmD, Erin Bentley, PharmD and Nathan Adams, PharmD.
Meet The Team
Erin Bentley
PharmD
Erin graduated from Gordon College in 2001 and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University Southern School of Pharmacy in 2005. Erin is married to Derek Bentley, and they share 4 children and 1 grandchild: Cheyenne, Dakota, Reece, Adalee and Emmalynn. In her spare time, Erin loves collecting unique pieces of folk pottery, especially face jugs. Her hobbies include gardening, baking, and dove hunting. Erin says that gardening and hunting make her smile, but baking makes others smile and that’s special to her!
Carson Gleaton
PharmD
Carson is a 1994 graduate of Upson-Lee High School. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University Southern School of Pharmacy in 2001. She
has 2 children, Carter and Nate. In 2010, Carson purchased the Thomaston Prescription Shop from her father, Ricky Williams, RPh. She enjoys traveling, spending
time with her children and college football.
